In an interview with Dhanya Varma, the actress said, “I can proudly say that I’ve found the right person in the worst generation. I wish everyone could be that lucky.”Archana shared that her love story began unexpectedly on a dating app during a quiet phase of her life while her house in Kannur was under construction. “I wasn’t even looking for a relationship — I just thought I’d chat for fun,” she said.Althought it started as casual conversation, it soon grew into deep emotional connection and mutual understanding. “From the very beginning, we talked about life and the future. It felt like some higher power was bringing us together,” she added.

Archana Kavi says – ‘He treats me beautifully — like a princess’

Opening up about her mental health journey, Archana revealed that many assume people with such struggles will remain alone forever. “But that’s not true,” she said. “Rick is the first person whose words and actions truly matched.” She described how Rick stood by her through everything and treated her with genuine respect. “My dad always treated me like a princess — Rick is the only man who said that’s exactly how a father should treat his daughter. He treats me beautifully. I’ve never been treated this well before.”Before their engagement, Rick gifted her a special promise ring symbolizing individuality and unity. “One part was matte and the other glossy — he said it represented both our identities,” she shared.

A past left behind, a new journey begins

Archana also revealed she had previously been in a relationship that ended after a painful experience with her partner’s parents. “They said I wasn’t good enough,” she recalled. But meeting Rick changed everything. “His parents are wonderful people. His mom is now like a friend to me,” she said, adding that she’s ready to embrace this new beginning with love and gratitude.
