Arbaaz Khan sells Andheri apartment for Rs 6.5 crore

Salman Kan's brother Arbaaz Khan sells his Andheri apartment for Rs 6.5 crore after purchasing an apartment for Rs 2.78 crore earlier this year

Real estate transactions involving Bollywood personalities often attract attention, especially when they involve premium properties in Mumbai’s celebrity-dominated neighbourhoods. The latest name to join the list is actor-producer Arbaaz Khan, who has reportedly sold an apartment in Mumbai’s Andheri West for Rs 6.5 crore.According to property registration documents accessed by CRE Matrix, the transaction was officially registered on May 5, 2026. The apartment is situated in Tower B of Runwal Elegante, a luxury residential project located in Lokhandwala Complex near Infiniti Mall.Documents reveal that the apartment has a carpet area of 1,369 square feet and includes two designated parking spaces. The buyers are also said to have paid stamp duty amounting to Rs 39 lakh. Over the years, Andheri West has remained one of Mumbai’s most sought-after residential areas, particularly among actors, filmmakers, entrepreneurs and professionals from the entertainment industry.Interestingly, this is not Arbaaz Khan’s only recent real estate transaction. Earlier in 2026, the actor-filmmaker had purchased another apartment in Mumbai’s Jogeshwari area for Rs 2.78 crore, as per documents previously accessed by Zapkey. The property is located on the 27th floor of Autograph Residency on Link Road in Jogeshwari West. Reports stated that the apartment has a RERA carpet area of 1,243 square feet and was acquired at a rate exceeding Rs 22,000 per square foot. The deal also included two parking slots. The Jogeshwari property transaction was registered on February 17, 2026. Registration documents reportedly showed that more than Rs 16 lakh was paid as stamp duty along with a registration fee of Rs 30,000.Meanwhile, the Khan family’s involvement in Mumbai’s property market appears to be extending beyond residential deals. Earlier this year, Atul Agnihotri, actor Salman Khan’s brother-in-law and husband of Alvira Khan, also made headlines for entering the redevelopment business. As per property registration documents accessed by Liases Foras, Agnihotri’s firm Shivansai Homemaker Infra LLP is set to redevelop the ageing Palimala Co-operative Housing Society building in Bandra. The over six-decade-old structure reportedly houses 11 members across three floors. Documents further revealed that five apartments in the society are owned by members of the Agnihotri family and their company, Reel Life Production Pvt Ltd.
