Anirudh Ravichander to marry Kavya Maran? Uncle Y Gee Mahendra confirms wedding plans

Star musician Anirudh Ravichander has been in the news for a long time due to rumours regarding his wedding with Kavya Maran, the CEO of Sunrisers Hyderabad. Although the ‘Jailer’ composer has always dismissed marriage rumours, a member of his family recently confirmed that the wedding is happening.Actor and dramatist Y Gee Mahendra, Anirudh’s uncle, spoke about the wedding in a recent interview with KPTV. During the conversation, Y Gee Mahendra praised Anirudh and also spoke about Kavya Maran.

He said, “He’s a very soft boy.” Talking about the wedding, he added, “From what I’ve heard, they are going to get married. That girl is not just another ordinary girl. She has the capacity to handle such a big team (SRH). She has inherited her father’s business genes. They’re a good pair. Both of them should get together and indulge in musical business.”It is imperative to mention that neither of the two have publicly accepted their relationship. An official announcement is still awaited.

Who is Kavya Maran?

Speaking about Kavya Maran, she is the daughter of Kalanithi Maran. She is the CEO and co-owner of Sunrisers Hyderabad. She also heads Sunrisers Eastern Cape in the SA20 League and Sunrisers Leeds in The Hundred. Along with this, she serves as the Executive Director of Sun TV Network Limited. She has become a popular face among cricket fans because of her active presence during IPL matches.

Anirudh’s upcoming films

On the other hand, Anirudh Ravichander is one of the busiest music composers in Indian cinema today. The ‘Jawan’ composer also has several big films in his lineup, including ‘Jailer 2’, ‘Dharman’, ‘Arasan’, ‘The Paradise’, ‘King’, and Allu Arjun and Atlee’s tentatively titled film ‘AA23’.
