As her court battle with ex-husband Brad Pitt rages on, Hollywood star Angelina Jolie revealed that she shares a rather warm friendship with one of the ex-husbands.The actress, who has been married three times, spoke fondly about her enduring friendship with her first husband, actor Jonny Lee Miller. The actress who wed Miller thirty years ago, revealed in her latest chat that she has remained close even after their divorce.In an interview with Harper’s Bazaar while promoting her upcoming film ‘Couture’, Jolie was asked about her first true friend in the entertainment industry. Although she admitted, “I’m not sure about my first friend in the industry,” Jolie fondly reflected on her relationship with Miller.The actress revealed that she and Miller “became close [while] filming Hackers, married, and remain wonderful friends.” The Oscar-winning actress also revealed that the pair have recently reunited professionally, teasing, “We just worked together again after 30 years.”Jolie and Miller first met while filming the 1995 cyber-thriller ‘Hackers’. They married in a private civil ceremony in 1996 but separated 18 months later. Their divorce was finalised in 2000.Later that same year, Jolie went on to marry ‘Pushing Tin’ co-star Billy Bob Thornton, whom she divorced in 2003.Despite ending her marriage to Miller more than two decades ago, the former couple have maintained a close friendship over the years. Speaking previously about her ex, Jolie said she has rarely watched her own films but cherishes her relationship with Miller. “Actually, it’s funny, I don’t really watch my own films, and so I [don’t] think I’ve seen it since the premiere. But I do have a wonderful relationship with Jonny, and he and I have sons the same age, and I’m so happy,” she said.Miller was married to actress Michele Hicks from 2008 until their divorce in 2018. The former couple share a son, Buster, 16.Jolie was in a decade-long romance with Brad Pitt and went on to marry the ‘Mr. & Mrs. Smith’ star in 2014. They split just two years later with the actress filing for divorce. The couple settled their divorce in 2024 after an eight-year legal battle, but are still embroiled in a bitter legal suit over the ownership of their French winery.
