Her father, Colonel Vasanth Venugopal, was honoured with the Ashoka Chakra after he lost his life during duty in 2007. She started her career in films in 2019 after completing her education from the Royal Academy of Dramatic Arts in London. She debuted in the Kannada film ‘Birbal Trilogy’, and later also worked in ‘Upstart.’ During COVID, she did not work in any films; however, she made her comeback in 2023 with ‘Sapta Saagaradaache Ello – Side A’ and its sequel.
