Olivia Rodrigo has been on a roll since the release of her hit single, ‘Drivers License’ years ago. From being a child actor to becoming one of the biggest names in the pop industry, Rodrigo has achieved many feats in a short amount of time in her career. Now, the singer is set to break another boundary as she announces her very own music festival! Called the Daisy Chain Fields Festival, it has been completely planned and powered by the ‘Jealousy, Jealousy’ singer. Here is what we know so far about the upcoming music festival.

What is Olivia Rodrigo’s Daisy Chain Fields Festival?

The singer recently took to her Instagram account to announce the start of her very own music festival, called the Daisy Chain Fields Festival. The star posted on her social media account, sharing the promotional poster, an all-women-led lineup for the festival, and expressing her excitement about everything.She wrote in the caption, “Truly never felt more excited to share a piece of news with you all. I’ve had a dream of doing this festival for years, and I am so ecstatic it’s finally coming true!!” She also added that proceeds collected from the music festival are going to be donated to charities that are working towards “advancing and advocating for women and girls.” Further on, she talked about the lineup and added, “The lineup is truly insane and full of my heroes and friends. I firmly believe that joy, community, and music can be the drivers of meaningful change, and I’m hopeful this festival will be just that. I absolutely cannot wait to scream and dance and sing with you guys August 29th!!!!” The mission statement from the festival’s official website also reads that it is “a festival founded on the belief that joy, community and creativity can inspire meaningful change. It affirms that music and collective experience can serve as enduring drivers of progress and social change. It’s a place where inspiration and curiosity lead to knowledge, strength and action.”According to the official announcements, the festival will take place on August 29 at the Great Park in Irvine, California.

What is the lineup for Daisy Chain Fields Music Festival?

The official lineup features artists like Chappell Roan, Doechii, Katseye, Mitski, the Breeders, Die Spitz, Bikini Kill, Eli, Garbage, Quiet Light, Rachel Chinouriri, Not for Radio and Santigold leading the music festival. Rodrigo herself will also perform during the event, along with confirmed special guests Karen O, Stevie Nicks, and Sarah McLachlan.

When do the ticket sales start for Olivia Rodrigo’s Daisy Chain Fields festival?

Olivia Rodrigo has set up an official website for the festival, where the tickets will be sold to fans and netizens alike. As of right now, it has been shared that the pre-sale event for the tickets will begin on June 24. The tickets will be available from 10 AM PST onwards.On the work front, the singer recently released her third studio album, ‘You Seem Pretty Sad for a Girl So in Love’, which has already broken records and got the star her third consecutive number-one album on the Billboard Top 200 charts.
