Alisha recalls Zubeen made Hrithik wait for 2 hours

Alisha Chinai recalls Zubeen Garg's 'rockstar behaviour'; made Hrithik Roshan and Rakesh Roshan wait for 2 hours while recording 'Krrish 3' song

Alisha Chinai recalled Zubeen Garg’s star-like arrival, two hours late yet talented. She admired his boldness and unique voice on “Dil Tu Hi Bataa” from Krrish 3. Zubeen tragically drowned in Singapore in September, and authorities are investigating the circumstances of his death.

Alisha Chinai and the late Zubeen Garg lent their voices to the song “Dil Tu Hi Bataa” from the film ‘Krrish 3’, which starred Hrithik Roshan and Kangana Ranaut. Recently, in an interview, Alisha shared her memories of working with the late star.Star-style entrance on “Dil Tu Hi Bataa”While speaking to Free Press Journal, Alisha revealed that she never really got the chance to sit and have a conversation or interact much with Zubeen. She recalled that he arrived two hours late, which made everyone, including Rakesh Roshan and Hrithik, very upset. Despite the delay, he showed up like a true rock star, which she admitted that she found amusing. She had already finished her recording when he arrived, and he reportedly completed singing the song in just 15 minutes.Limited interaction but memorable momentsAlisha mentioned that she had heard “Ya Ali,” but this song was more romantic. She described every song he sang as a ‘gem’ and called him an absolutely extraordinary talent, really very gifted and very extra. She noted he had real star quality in his voice and was a real star because he didn’t care what others thought. He did exactly what he wanted.Praising Zubeen’s unique talentThe singer further revealed that Zubeen was not politically correct and hated Bombay and the Bollywood scene. He spoke his mind, which she really admired about him. Looking back, she felt she wished she had sat and talked to him more.Tragic loss and ongoing investigationIn September this year, Zubeen Garg tragically died by drowning in Singapore. Authorities are currently conducting an investigation into the circumstances surrounding his death.
