Speaking at the event, as quoted by the Indian Express, Alia said, “Coming to Dubai feels like a homecoming. This visit comes from a very personal space as we have just moved into our new home in Mumbai.”The ‘Raazi’ actress was referring to her and Ranbir’s recent move into their new residence in Mumbai’s Pali Hill area. The couple, along with their daughter Raha and Ranbir’s mother Neetu Kapoor, have officially moved into their six-storey home, lovingly named Krishna Raj. According to an earlier report by Bollywood Life, the house cost Ranbir and his family Rs 250 crore.

Their stunning home holds a lot of sentimental value. It is named after Ranbir’s late grandmother, Krishna Raj Kapoor, where the Kapoor family previously lived. The new structure now stands tall as one of Mumbai’s most iconic addresses, joining the ranks of Mannat, Shah Rukh Khan’s mansion, and Jalsa, home to the Bachchan family.The grey building, complete with sleek glass balconies, is a modern masterpiece. The move marks a new chapter in their lives as they finally settle into the home they had been waiting to complete for years.

Adding to the excitement, reports suggest that Alia and Ranbir may soon take their love for luxury to another level. According to an Instagram post shared by luxuriousbymm, the couple is rumoured to be in talks with a top UAE developer to create their own private luxury island.If true, this would be a first for any Bollywood couple. The project is said to feature ultra-luxe villas, private beachfronts, eco-conscious architecture, and five-star hospitality, all designed to match Alia and Ranbir’s sophisticated aesthetic and global taste. It is to be noted that there is no official confirmation on this.

The couple will soon be seen together in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s upcoming film ‘Love & War’, which also stars Vicky Kaushal.
