Akshay reveals Twinkle checked his family’s medical history, not kundli

Akshay Kumar reveals Twinkle Khanna checked his family's medical history and not kundli before getting married: 'Mere father, mama, chacha..'

Akshay Kumar recently shared an amusing and lesser-known detail about his marriage with Twinkle Khanna during an appearance on the TV show Wheel of Fortune. The actor revealed that before saying yes to the wedding, Twinkle went beyond just matching his horoscope—she carefully examined the kundalis of his entire family, even factoring in their medical histories.Recalling the incident, he said, “Mere shadi ke pehle meri wife ne kundli dekhi thi lekin meri nahi mere khandaan ki kundli dekhi thi, sab cheez ki jaankari pata ki meri khandaan mein, mere father, mama, chacha sabki kundli dekhi, yeh dekhne ki kisi ko koi bimaari vagera toh nahi hain. Finally, when she was assured that everything seemed fine, she took the marriage ahead.”The episode also featured noted astrologers such as Jai Madaan, Sweta Jumani, and Munisha Khatwani. The conversation took an interesting turn when Jai Madaan mentioned that she doesn’t rely solely on horoscopes but can also predict aspects of a person’s future by studying their signature. For context, Akshay and Twinkle tied the knot in January 2001 after reportedly falling in love on the sets of their film International Khiladi. Twinkle is the daughter of late superstar Rajesh Khanna and veteran actor Dimple Kapadia.Today, the couple shares a strong bond and are parents to two children, Aarav and Nitara.
