‘Lenin’ teaser: Actors Akhil Akkineni and Bhagyashri Borse share a heartwarming chemistry in the village love story

Actors Akhil Akkineni and Bhagyashri Borse will be seen in the upcoming village romance drama ‘Lenin’ directed by Murali Kishore Abburu. Today, which is a special day for the Akkineni family, the makers chose this memorable occasion to unveil the teaser of the film.

The teaser gives a look into a beautiful village-based love story. The video mainly focuses on the relationship between Akhil Akkineni and Bhagyashri Borse. Their fun moments, playful conversations, and sweet interactions are shown throughout the 1 minute 38 second teaser.The teaser presents colorful village locations and simple lifestyle moments that match the romantic mood of the story. The chemistry between the lead pair stands out and gives a pleasant feel.The teaser also features the Rayalaseema accent spoken by both Akhil and Bhagyashri. Their dialogue delivery feels fresh and suits their village characters well. The date May 23 holds emotional value as it marks the release anniversary of ‘Manam’, the final film of legendary actor ANR. Sharing the teaser the makers wrote, “Today, May 23rd నా సిని జీవితం మొదలైన రోజు . Akhil నాకో చిన్న surprise ఇచ్చాడు చూస్తుంటే చాలా హాయి గా ఉంది. మీరు చూడండి. ”

Speaking about the movie, it has made its fair share of delays. They had also gone through a change of cast members, as earlier Sreeleela was set to be the female lead, with sequences shot with her. However, she took an exit from the project and then Bhagyashri Borse was roped in her place.The film also features Shivaji and Saranya Pradeep in important roles. The music is composed by Thaman.It is set to release in theatres on June 26, 2026.
