The production team has cited technical issues as the reason for this. Premiere cancelled due to a technical issue, confirm makers

Since morning, news has been circulating on social media that 14 Reels Plus and Aeros International are in a position to overcome the financial problems of their former projects. The cancellation of the premiere is yet another shock. But, the film will be released in India tomorrow (December 5) with regular shows. “#Akhanda2 Premieres in India scheduled for today are cancelled due to technical issues. We’ve tried our best, but a few things are beyond our control. Sorry for the inconvenience. The overseas premieres will play as per the schedule today,” wrote the makers to officially announce the cancellation of the ‘Akhanda 2’ India premiere.

‘Akhanda 2’ first show to begin in the USA at 12:30 AM IST

The overseas premiere shows will be held as scheduled, and the first show of the film will begin in the USA at 00.30 AM IST. The film is directed by Boyapati Srinu, and it stars Aadhi Pinisetti, Samyuktha Menon, and Harshali Malhotra in lead roles. Fans and movie buffs are still eagerly awaiting information about the film on social media.

‘Akhanda 2’ surpasses Rs 6 crore in pre-sales

The success of the previous film, ‘Akhanda’ has increased the expectations of the fans. The news of the cancellation of the premiere has come as a big shock to the fans. Even though bookings for the India premiere opened only in a few centers, the ticket amount will be refunded at the earliest. Balakrishna’s film has reportedly earned over Rs 6 crore for the opening day in the advance bookings, while the opening day numbers are anticipated to be close to Rs 50 crore globally.
