'Akhanda 2' box office collections day 6: Nandamuri Balakrishna’s film crosses Rs 73.85 crores; Midweek numbers stay steady

Nandamuri Balakrishna’s ‘Akhanda 2: Thaandavam’ continues its strong box office performance, amassing Rs 73.85 crore net in India by Day 6. The action-packed film, directed by Boyapati Srinu, maintained steady collections even after the initial weekend. Telugu occupancy remained stable, with evening and night shows showing good traction.

Nandamuri Balakrishna’s action-packed film ‘Akhanda 2: Thaandavam’ is continuing its good run at the box office. The film opened to strong numbers and managed to stay steady even after the first weekend rush. By the end of Day 6, the total India net collection has reached Rs 73.85 crore.

Day 6 collection details

As reported by the Sacnilk website, on its sixth day, which was Wednesday, ‘Akhanda 2’ earned around Rs 3.25 crore India net across all languages. After collecting Rs 70.60 crore in the first five days, this midweek number adds a good number to the total.

Telugu occupancy shows stable trend

In Telugu 2D shows, ‘Akhanda 2’ recorded an overall occupancy of 17.66 percent on Day 6. Morning shows started at 13.68 percent and the afternoon shows rose to 17 percent. Evening shows performed better at 20.29 percent, and night shows stood at 19.66 percent.

3D and Tamil versions performance

The Telugu 3D version had an overall occupancy of 11.95 percent. Morning shows were lower at 7.15 percent, but occupancy improved slightly in the afternoon, evening, and night shows. The Tamil 2D version recorded an overall occupancy of 13.74 percent. Night shows did better at 15.64 percent.

Star cast
