When and where to watch ‘A Quiet Place: Day One’

Written and directed by Michael Sarnoski, ‘A Quiet Place: Day One,’ will be available for streaming on Netflix on November 14. According to the platform’s official synopsis, here’s what the horror thriller is all about: “Trapped in New Your City amid an alien invasion, a woman with a terminal illness must evade the vicious creatures that use advanced hearing to hunt prey.”This movie is a spin-off of the original film, which made it to the big screens in 2018. It unfolds the tales of the time, which was there before the first film.

‘A Quiet Place: Day One’ review

With a rating of 3 stars out of 5, an excerpt from our review of ‘A Quiet Place: Day One’ reads – “Prequels typically answer lingering questions, but Day One prioritizes immediate chaos and character struggles. The narrative leaves you wanting more clarity. Inconsistencies like authorities inexplicably knowing the aliens’ water weakness on the first day (while the sequels portrayed several hundreds of days to work out strategies) and a sparsely populated NYC despite the global threat create plot holes. ”

‘A Quiet Place Part III’

Meanwhile, the next part, titled ‘A Quiet Place Part III’, is in progress. However, directed, written, and produced by John Krasinski, the release date of the movie has been shifted by three weeks. It was initially scheduled to release on July 9, but it will now release on July 30, 2027. The news was confirmed by the studio.
