2 men linked to JeM arrested in Mumbai for plotting Delhi toy car bomb attack

Two Mumbai-based suspects, allegedly radicalised and linked to JeM and ISIS, were arrested for plotting a Delhi attack using a toy car bomb. Investigators suspect a wider network, with online handlers and possible minor recruits also under the scanner.
