Russian police officers killed in blast in Moscow, Ukraine claims responsibility

In the second explosion this week, two Russian police officers have been killed in Moscow. Ukraine claimed responsibility for the bombing and said the targeted policemen had fought in the Russian invasion of Ukraine and tortured Ukrainian prisoners of war.
