Putin has agreed to stop strikes on Kyiv until Feb 1, says Kremlin

The Kremlin has said that Vladimir Putin has agreed to stop strikes on Kyiv until February 1. Previously, US President Donald Trump had said the Russian leader had agreed to stop strikes on Kyiv and other major Ukrainian cities for a week.
