Laurent Simons, a 15-year-old prodigy, has completed his PhD in quantum physics from Belgium’s University of Antwerp, in what could be a record time. The teen, who completed his bachelor’s degree in physics by the age of 12, reportedly has an IQ of 145, a range achieved by only about 0.1 per cent of the population
