Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Russian President Vladimir Putin’s bonhomie stole the spotlight. The two leaders were seen strolling hand-in-hand, sharing a hug, and even cruising around in President Putin’s car. Social media went into overdrive, especially in China, where clips of the “Modi-Putin moments” instantly shot to the top of trending lists.

Along with this, PM’s presence in China itself caught the attention of social media in China as well. On Tuesday morning, “Modi is positive about China.” was seen trending on Weibo and has been viewed over 7 million times.
