Karisma Kapoor’s children claim stepmother Priya Sachdev forged Sunjay Kapur’s will.

Amid the ongoing inheritance dispute involving Sunjay Kapur, the Delhi High Court on Wednesday directed his wife Priya Sachdev Kapur to file list of her late husband’s assets. As per the order, Sachdev will file a list of all movable and immovable assets of Sanjay Kapur known to her.

Meanwhile, the Delhi High Court has registered a suit filed by Karishma Kapoor’s children alleging that their stepmother — model Priya Sachdev Kapur, who was the third wife of Sunjay Kapur — appears to have forged their father’s will for control over his assets, part of a Rs 30,000-crore fortune.

The court will hear the matter for the next time on October 9 and have given a time period of two weeks to file a response.
