According to the NIA, the victim had been brought illegally into India under the guise of employment and was later subjected to exploitation.
During Saturday’s raids, investigators seized large amounts of Indian, Bangladeshi, and other foreign currencies, along with several incriminating documents.
The agency said the arrests mark a key step in dismantling a cross-border trafficking network responsible for bringing Bangladeshi girls into India for exploitation.
