A man from Punjab’s Moga has allegedly died by suicide inside a bank on Tuesday. Before he shot himself inside the bank’s washroom, Rajveer Singh made a video in which he accused Punjab Police AIG Gurjot Singh Kaler and four others of harassment.

The incident took place on Tuesday afternoon when Rajveer visited the bank’s loan department. He later went to the washroom and shot himself with a revolver. The sound of gunfire created panic inside the bank, and employees found Rajveer lying in a pool of blood.

The police reached the spot with his team and sent the body to the Civil Hospital mortuary for a postmortem.

During the investigation, the police recovered purported video and registered a case against Kaler and four others for abetment of suicide.

Rajdeep Singh owns an immigration company that has offices in Phase 11 and Sector 82 of Mohali.
