Winners are advised to cross-check their ticket numbers with the official results published in the Kerala Government Gazette. If your ticket number is listed, you can claim the prize at the Kerala Lottery Office, Gorky Bhavan, near Bakery Junction, Thiruvananthapuram.
To process the claim, the following documents are required:
- The original winning ticket, self-attested on both sides
- A recent passport-size photograph attested by a Gazetted Officer
- A self-attested copy of your PAN card (for taxation purposes)
- Valid photo and address proof (Aadhaar, Voter ID, Ration Card or PAN card)
- A duly completed prize claim form (available online), affixed with a revenue stamp as per rules
All claims must be submitted within 30 days from the date of the draw to be considered valid and processed.
