How to Claim Kerala Lottery Prize Money?

Winners must confirm their ticket numbers with the official results published in the Kerala Government Gazette. After verification, prizes can be claimed in person at the Kerala Lottery Office, Gorky Bhavan, near Bakery Junction, Thiruvananthapuram.

To claim the prize successfully, the following documents are required:

  1. The original winning ticket, self-attested on both sides
  2. A passport-size photograph, attested by a Gazetted Officer
  3. A self-attested copy of the PAN card (for tax purposes)
  4. Valid ID and address proof such as Aadhaar, Voter ID, Ration Card or PAN card
  5. A duly filled prize claim form, available online, with a revenue stamp affixed as per the rules

All claims must be submitted within 30 days of the draw date; otherwise, the prize will be forfeited.
