Jammu Railway Station was put on alert after a pigeon was caught near the India-Pakistan international border, with a note threatening an “IED blast”, officials said on Thursday.

The Border Security Force caught the pigeon in the Khatmarian area of RS Pura with a paper tied to its leg.
