Coimbatore Man Drags Ailing Father At Hospital After Staff Denies Wheelchair
In a disturbing video emerged from Tamil Nadu’s Coimbatore, a son is seen dragging his ailing father to the multi-speciality block of the Coimbatore Medical College Hospital (CMCH). The video was surfaced widely, prompting an action against two contractual supervisors.
As per the reports, a 57-year-old man had to drag his father in the government hospital after the staff denied wheelchair service. Instead, they demanded money to provide wheelchair.

In the light of this incident, authorities have suspended two supervisors. The video of the incident shows an elderly man, suffering from foot ailment, was dragged to the multi-speciality block.
As per a report by The Hindu, the man who was dragging his father is V. Kalidasan and he came to the hospital regarding his father, 84-year-old C. Vadivel, who is a diabetic foot ulcer patient.
Due to his condition, Vadivel was limping and was not in a condition to walk. Notably, Kalidasan himself is suffering from a pancreatic condition.
