Syrians Arrested In Delhi For Illegally Raising Funds On Behalf Of Gaza Victims

The Ahmedabad Crime Branch on Saturday arrested three Syrian nationals for allegedly raising funds in India in the name of Gaza victims. The accused were held from the Delhi Airport. The arrests were made after a lookout notice was issued against them.

As per a report by India Today, the three accused, identified as Zakaria Haitham Alazar, Ahmed Ohad Alhabash, and Yusuf Khalid Alzahar, were intercepted on September 3 while attempting to board a flight from Delhi to Damascus via Dubai. They were later taken into custody by a team from Ahmedabad.
