Škoda Auto India has expanded its retail and service network in Punjab with the inauguration of two new customer touchpoints in Ludhiana and Hoshiarpur. The facilities have been set up in partnership with Krishna Auto Sales Pvt. Ltd., taking the company’s total presence in the state to 10 touchpoints.

The Ludhiana outlet is a sales facility spread across 2,800 sq. ft. with display space for four vehicles. The Hoshiarpur compact 3S facility includes a 1,600 sq. ft. sales area with space for three vehicles and a 1,900 sq. ft. service area with two service bays. Both centres follow Škoda’s Modern Solid design approach.

Ashish Gupta, Brand Director at Škoda Auto India, said the company delivered its highest sales in India in 2025 and the expanding network supported this outcome. He said Punjab remained an important market, and the new locations would help bring the full product range closer to customers.

Sumit Passi, Dealer Partner at Krishna Auto Sales Pvt. Ltd., said the new touchpoints would support customers from display to delivery and offer service support.

Škoda Auto India has increased its network from 120 touchpoints in 2021 to more than 325 touchpoints across 183 cities. The company said it remains focused on expanding access and providing a consistent customer experience.
