Maruti Suzuki True Value crosses 60 lakh pre-owned car sales

Maruti Suzuki True Value (MSTV) on Wednesday said has it has surpassed sales of 60 lakh pre-owned cars since its inception in 2001. In FY 2024–25 alone, 492,697 vehicles were sold through its network.

Customer profile and network

According to the company, 85 per cent of True Value customers are first-time buyers, with the average age of buyers being 31 years. The channel currently operates through 606 showrooms in 305 cities across India.

All True Value-certified vehicles undergo a 376-point quality check and are refurbished with Maruti Suzuki Genuine Parts. Certified cars are offered with up to one year of warranty along with three free services.

Digital and finance options

Customers can browse vehicles through the True Value app and website, which provide search filters for model, price and location. The company also offers services such as online booking of test drives and digital finance options via Maruti Suzuki Smart Finance.
