India also became the first global market where Skoda completed a full 100 per cent rebranding of its retail network with the updated corporate identity and design.Skoda Auto India on Saturday reported its highest-ever monthly sales in October 2025, selling 8,252 cars and reaching a cumulative total of 61,607 units between January and October, marking a landmark year as the company celebrates 25 years in India. The milestone follows the brand’s strongest-ever quarterly and half-yearly sales earlier this year.
The record performance was led by robust demand for the Kylaq, Skoda’s first sub-4 metre SUV, alongside steady sales of the Kodiaq, the brand’s luxury flagship SUV, and consistent contributions from the Kushaq and Slavia. The high-performance Octavia RS also saw exceptional enthusiasm, selling out within 20 minutes of launch.
“We began the year 2025 with the intent to significantly strengthen the brand and surge ahead in India,” said Ashish Gupta, Brand Director, Skoda Auto India.
“This milestone of our ‘biggest sales ever’ is a testament to the strength of purpose, clarity of vision and agility of execution, all of which are pivotal to our surge in India,” he added.
Skoda’s growth has been anchored by its product offensive and network expansion strategy. The Kylaq alone has contributed close to 40,000 units since its launch earlier this year. Limited editions of the Kushaq and Slavia enhanced their appeal, while the Kodiaq strengthened the brand’s luxury positioning.
Manufacturing milestone
The company has now surpassed the 200,000 mark in locally produced vehicles—comprising the Slavia, Kushaq and Kylaq—supported by a network of 318 customer touchpoints across 180 cities. With the Kylaq, Kushaq and Kodiaq, Skoda now offers an SUV for every segment, while maintaining its legacy in the sedan segment with the Slavia and Octavia RS. India also became the first global market where Skoda completed a full 100 per cent rebranding of its retail network with the updated corporate identity and design.
