JSW MG Motor India on Thursday announced that it will increase prices of its vehicles by up to 2 per cent, effective January 1, 2026, citing rising input costs and broader macroeconomic pressures.

The price revision will vary across models and variants, the automaker said in a statement, without specifying the exact impact on individual products.

The announcement comes amid a broader trend of price hikes across the passenger vehicle segment, as automakers grapple with higher commodity prices, logistics costs and currency-related pressures.

The latest move by JSW MG Motor India signals that further price adjustments could be on the cards across segments as the industry enters the new calendar year.

In November 2025, the company sold 5,754 units while in the January-November 2025 period, it reported a 32 per cent year-to-date growth.
