Citroen Aircross secures 5-star Bharat NCAP rating for adult safety

Citroën Aircross has received a five-star safety rating for adult occupant protection under the Bharat New Car Assessment Programme (Bharat NCAP). The model scored 27.05 out of 32 points in adult safety.

For child occupant protection, the vehicle achieved a four-star rating with 40 out of 49 points.

Bharat NCAP ratings

The Bharat NCAP protocol evaluates vehicles on adult and child occupant safety, crashworthiness and protection features.

Citroën said the Aircross’s test results reflect its compliance with the latest safety standards and underline its suitability for Indian market conditions.
