BYD India on Saturday announced the launch of ‘One BYD Infinite Connections’, a customer engagement initiative that offers existing and new buyers an opportunity to visit the BYD Track at Zhengzhou, China. Participants will experience the company’s electric vehicle technologies at China’s first NEV-dedicated all-terrain circuit.

The programme invites customers to share their ownership stories for a chance to visit BYD’s facilities and interact with its engineering teams. Selected participants will also drive on the BYD Track, which includes eight experience zones: Indoor Sand Dune, Low-Friction Ring, Kick-Plate, Wading Pool, Dynamic Paddock, Race Track, Off-Road Park and Camping Area.

The contest is open to BYD India customers who already own a BYD vehicle. Entries may be submitted between 12 December 2025 and 31 January 2026 through the initiative’s online portal. Participants can share photos, videos or written accounts that reflect their experience with the brand and their interpretation of ‘Drive the Future’.

Submissions will be evaluated on creativity, originality, engagement and alignment with BYD’s stated values. Final winners will include current owners and customers who purchase a vehicle by 31 January 2026. The results will be announced in February 2026, with the visit to China scheduled for March 2026.

Rajeev Chauhan, Head of Electric Passenger Vehicles Business at BYD India, said the programme aims to recognise customer participation in the company’s growth in India and to offer a deeper understanding of its technological development.

Brand engagement and market context

The initiative will be promoted across BYD India’s website, social media channels and dealer network. Further information will be available on the dedicated portal and through the campaign hashtag #OneBYDInfiniteConnections, the company said in a media release.

According to the company, BYD has sold more than 14 million NEVs globally, contributing to a reduction of over 121 billion kilograms of COâ‚‚ emissions as of 30 November 2025. The company ranks among the Top 10 Most Valuable Global Automotive Brands by Kantar BrandZ and placed 91st in the 2025 Fortune Global 500 with a brand value of USD 14.4 billion.

BYD India stated that it will continue to support the transition to electric mobility while maintaining a focus on customer engagement and environmental goals.
