Audi, the German luxury car manufacturer, on Tuesday said it has opened bookings for the new Audi SQ8 in India ahead of its launch on March 17, 2026.

The company said that customers can book the SUV through the company’s website with an initial booking amount of ₹5 lakh or through the myAudi connect application.

It is powered by a 4-litre V8 TFSI engine that produces 373 kW of power and 770 Nm of torque, enabling acceleration from 0–100 km/hr in 4.1 seconds and a top speed of 250 km/hr.

“The Audi SQ8 represents the ideal meeting point between everyday luxury and uncompromising sporty performance. Its formidable engine and distinctive S character make it a remarkably complete SUV… We are delighted to open bookings and encourage performance enthusiasts to secure their Audi SQ8 early, as availability will be limited,” he said Balbir Singh Dhillon, Brand Director, Audi India.

The SQ8 is equipped with Audi’s quattro permanent all-wheel drive featuring a self-locking centre differential, along with adaptive air suspension sport and all-wheel steering.
