Police initially reported 23 fatalities, but the toll was later revised to 25. A police spokesperson stated that the deceased included four tourists and 14 staff members, while the identities of seven others are still being confirmed. The six injured individuals are receiving treatment at Goa Medical College and Hospital in Bambolim.
