H.H. Sheikh Mansoor bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Chairman of the Supreme Committee of Emergency, Crisis, and Disaster Management in Dubai, described the membership as an important strategic moment for the city. He said the achievement expands Dubai’s global presence as a city with advanced tools to foresee risks and address them with agility.Sheikh Mansoor emphasized that Dubai’s participation in the network reflects the emirate’s growth as a leader in risk management and resilience.
