Winners must verify their ticket numbers with the official results published in the Kerala Government Gazette. If the number matches, the prize can be claimed at the Kerala Lottery Office, Gorky Bhavan, near Bakery Junction, Thiruvananthapuram.

To claim the prize, the following documents are required:

  • The original winning ticket, signed by the winner on both sides
  • A passport-size photograph attested by a Gazetted Officer
  • A self-attested copy of the PAN card (for tax purposes)
  • Valid ID and address proof (such as Aadhaar, Voter ID, Ration Card, or PAN card)
  • A duly filled prize claim form (available online) with a revenue stamp affixed, as per official instructions
  • All claims must be submitted within 30 days from the draw date.
