Kia India has inaugurated its first ‘Shine Zone’ car detailing studio in Jaipur, marking the debut of a new customer-focused initiative designed to offer premium vehicle care services within the brand’s dealership network.

The studio, integrated into an existing Kia dealership, has been developed to meet the growing demand for professional-grade detailing solutions among car owners seeking enhanced protection and long-term vehicle maintenance.

Premium vehicle care under one roof
The Shine Zone offers a complete range of services, including ceramic coating, exterior and interior enrichment, AC disinfectant treatment, and underbody protection. These offerings are aimed at maintaining vehicle aesthetics, safeguarding key components and ensuring long-lasting performance.

Equipped with specialised tools, trained technicians, and standardised quality processes, the facility is designed to deliver consistent, transparent service tailored to today’s discerning customers’ expectations.

Customer-centric initiative

Commenting on the launch, Atul Sood, Senior Vice President, Sales & Marketing, Kia India, said: “Customers today expect professional-grade car care delivered with convenience and transparency. The Shine Zone has been created precisely with that expectation in mind. By integrating a modern, fully equipped detailing studio within our dealership, we are bringing quality, consistency and expertise under one roof.”

He added that the initiative reinforces Kia’s commitment to provide high-quality care throughout the vehicle ownership cycle.

Expansion plan across dealerships
Kia India said the introduction of the first Shine Zone marks the beginning of a broader plan to replicate this model across its dealership network. The company aims to make expert-level car detailing more accessible by offering it within the comfort and reliability of its after-sales ecosystem.

As demand for premium car care continues to rise, Kia India’s Shine Zone initiative is expected to strengthen its customer engagement and enhance the ownership experience.
