Russian President Vladimir Putin on Thursday (November 27) proposed to rearm the national contingents of Collective Force of CSTO (Collective Security Treaty Organization) with modern Russian weapons “which proved their efficiency in real combat operations.”He spoke during the opening session of CSTO summit in Bishkek.
