Smriti Mandhana and Palash Muchhal’s wedding was postponed indefinitely after Smriti’s father fell ill. Radha Yadav unfollowed Palash, and Smriti deleted most wedding-related posts. Palash’s cousin urged people not to judge amid rumors, and Palash’s mother revealed the stress deeply affected him, leading Palash to postpone the wedding.

Palash Muchhal and Smriti Mandhana’s wedding was set to take place in Sangli, Maharashtra, but was postponed indefinitely due to a sudden health emergency involving Smriti’s father. While this was the official reason given by both families, there have been rumors circulating about Palash allegedly cheating on Smriti, which have not been confirmed.

In the midst of this, Smriti’s close friend and cricketer Radha Yadav unfollowed Palash on Instagram, though he still follows her. Smriti has also removed most of her pre-wedding posts from social media, while Palash has retained older posts but erased those related to the wedding festivities.

Family speaks out against rumors

A few hours ago, rumors surfaced online suggesting that Smriti had stopped following Palash on Instagram. The buzz quickly spread across social media, but the speculation was unfounded. The two still follow each other on the platform.Palash’s cousin Neeti Tak spoke out today to counter the swirling rumours around the singer and asked the public to withhold judgment. Sharing an Instagram post with a gradient background, she said, “Palaash is going through a critical condition today, you all should not judge Palaash as wrong without knowing the truth… Technology today has come much ahead of humans, that is why people should not judge Palaash in the face of rumours… pray for him. ”

Wedding postponement due to Smriti’s father’s health

Palash and Smriti had planned to marry on November 23 in Sangli, Maharashtra, but their wedding was postponed indefinitely following a health scare involving Smriti’s father. Reports state that Shrinivas Mandhana experienced chest pain on the wedding day and was immediately admitted to Sarvhit Hospital and Medical Research Centre. The family halted the celebrations as doctors ran tests and stabilized his condition. His mother told Hindustan Times, “He cried so much that his health suddenly deteriorated. They kept him in the hospital for four hours. He was given an IV drip, an ECG was done, and other tests were carried out. Everything came back normal, but he is under a lot of stress.” She also mentioned that Palash was the one who decided to postpone the wedding before Smriti, wanting to wait until her father’s health improved.
