‘Willing to provide…’: Candace Owens doubles down on France-Charlie Kirk theory after Telegram CEO says it’s entirely plausible

'Willing to provide...': Candace Owens doubles down on France-Charlie Kirk theory after Telegram CEO says it's entirely plausible

Pavel Durov said it’s plausible that the French government ordered ‘assassination of Candace Owens’.

Conspiracy theorist Candace Owens’ latest offering is that the French government has paid for her assassination and the chosen group for her assassination has one Israeli and a French female assassin. Candace said she got to know that payments for the task was running through the Club des Cent in France. Candace has legal tussles going on with the Marcons as she claimed that French First Lady Brigitte Macron is not a woman biologically. In July 2025, Emmanuel and Brigitte Macron filed a 22-count defamation lawsuit against Owens and her media entities in Delaware, accusing her of a campaign of “demonstrably false” claims, including the conspiracy theory that Brigitte Macron was secretly born male and transitioned. But now, Candace has tied the assassination theory with Charlie Kirk as she claimed that Kirk’s assassin trained with the French legion 13th brigade with multi-state involvement. But her latest wild theory found a backer in Telegram CEO Pavel Durov who said French intelligence services are not unknown for assassinations. “After reviewing everything Charlie Kirk has ever said about Macron’s France, I find Candace’s info about French involvement in his death entirely plausible. Charlie even called for 300% tariffs on France until the charges against me were dropped,” Pavel said. Emboldened by the support, Owens said she informed the federal government and the White House about the France-Israel assassination plot and is willing to provide full details and also the names of the assassins.”I have informed people in the Federal government and the White House of the France and Israeli assassination plot and am willing to provide full details, as well as the name of the assassins and international accounts in France and Canada through which money was exchanged.””Beyond that, I have shared more information with the public regarding the Brigitte story I was investigating at the time of Charlie’s assassination. This is all available on my Instagram stories,” Candace wrote.
