Sharing two striking gym photos with her trainer, she flexed her sculpted back muscles and revealed how she once “pretty much gave up on ever having a strong back.” But after “intense, intense” work, she has come a long way and is now unapologetically showing off the results.“Working with a strong back felt like stepping into a space where everything instantly became warmer and easier… I genuinely thought it just wasn’t in my genes. I’d see other people with great backs and think, ‘Yeah, that’s not going to be me.’ But I was wrong… So yes, I’m going to show it off now, because the work it took to get here was intense. Showing up on days when I didn’t feel like it, when nothing seemed to be changing, when it would’ve been easier to quit.”She added that strength training did far more than transform her appearance — it helped with movement, ageing, discipline, and patience.“Strength training did more for me than anything else.
