Aaryamann Sethi gets ‘pushed and slapped’ amid selfie frenzy

Archana Puran Singh’s son Aaryamann Sethi gets 'pushed and slapped' as crowd rushes for selfies during Delhi food trail vlog

Archana Puran Singh, Parmeet Sethi and their son Aaryamann Sethi recently embarked on a Delhi food trail for their much-loved family vlog. The plan was simple — hop through Kamla Nagar, Bengali Market and Greater Kailash, try local favourites and film their usual fun banter. But the outing didn’t go quite the way they imagined.

Archana’s playful comment sets the tone

Early in the vlog, Archana jokingly nudged Aaryamann out of the car to gather some information. Teasing him, she remarked, “No one recognises you anyway.”Ironically, just minutes later, it was Aaryamann who found himself surrounded by eager fans outside a Kamla Nagar eatery — not his parents.

Aaryamann recounts the unexpected crowding

After managing to slip back into the car, a startled Aaryamann narrated what had just happened. He noted how people “really love Mumma and Papa, and they speak very gently with them,” but he, on the other hand, ended up getting “pushed and slapped” as people scrambled for selfies. Some fans even demanded, “Get us a picture,” to which he responded in irritation, “Now I won’t get it for you.”

More recognition at the next halt

Even at their next stop, the chaos seemed to follow him. The shop owner recognised him instantly, prompting another round of photo requests. Archana couldn’t resist pulling his leg and jokingly asked the fans, “Did he pay you to get these pictures?”In one light-hearted moment, a visitor referred to him as “Ayushmaan” and even wondered aloud why Aaryamann wasn’t accompanying the family — leaving the trio laughing over the mix-up.
