Inspired by an epic comic book narrative where soccer, rugby, and superheroes unite to “Defend Our Ground,” the limited-edition collection celebrates courage, teamwork, and resilience – attributes shared by athletes and superheroes alike.

The story is set in two legendary arenas – the Santiago Bernabéu Stadium and the training centre of the All Blacks, rugby’s most famous team. This is where the two teams face of a threat from beyond in a new Marvel myth as Ultron and his army of sentinels emerge from an interdimensional portal after a ROXXON satellite crashes to Earth. As chaos erupts in Madrid and New Zealand, the Avengers join forces with the players, shoulder to shoulder, to protect their territory.

“Combining the narrative power of Marvel, the precision of Real Madrid, and the spirit of the All Blacks, this collection embodies the following message: When the game is on the line, heroes rise – on every field,” enthused adidas in a release.

The Marvel x adidas x Real Madrid CF x All Blacks collection is available from November 18 in select adidas stores, Real Madrid stores, select retail partners, and online at:
