Jack Doherty is a popular YouTuber and content creator in Florida, known for his stunt videos and big online following. He became famous in 2017 after his flipping videos went viral, and he now has more than 15 million subscribers on YouTube along with millions more on TikTok and Instagram. He was arrested on Thursday morning in Miami Beach, Florida, after police said they found drugs on him outside a smoke shop. Miami Beach Police told TMZ that officers stopped him just before 9 AM and then took him to Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center. The news spread fast online because he has a huge fan base on YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram, and many people were shocked to hear what happened.Police said Jack Doherty is facing three charges right now. They said he had a controlled substance, some marijuana, and that he also tried to resist the officers when they were arresting him. According to the police report, the controlled substance was amphetamine, which is normally used for ADHD and narcolepsy. Officers also said he had less than 20 grams of marijuana with him. His bond was set at $3,500, but officials shared that it had not been paid by Thursday afternoon.

Police stated that the arrest happened outside of a smoke shop on Washington Avenue in Miami Beach. They said they approached Jack Doherty after they noticed something that made them want to check on him. They reported finding both marijuana and amphetamine during their search of him. Officers said he tried to get away as they were cuffing him, but they were still able to catch him without anything serious happening. Records from Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center show he was booked at a little before 9 AM on Thursday. So far, Jack Doherty has stayed silent; police have not published any comments. Officials said more information may be released as the case progresses. His connection at the final update remained unresolved. Jack Doherty had been broadcasting on Parti and posting yacht films in Miami a few hours prior to the arrest.
