He was arrested on Thursday morning in Miami Beach, Florida, after police said they found drugs on him outside a smoke shop. Miami Beach Police told TMZ that officers stopped him just before 9 AM and then took him to Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center. The news spread fast online because he has a huge fan base on YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram, and many people were shocked to hear what happened.Police said Jack Doherty is facing three charges right now. They said he had a controlled substance, some marijuana, and that he also tried to resist the officers when they were arresting him. According to the police report, the controlled substance was amphetamine, which is normally used for ADHD and narcolepsy. Officers also said he had less than 20 grams of marijuana with him. His bond was set at $3,500, but officials shared that it had not been paid by Thursday afternoon.
