Clad in a soft pink-and-white floral salwar suit, she stepped out of her car with her signature grace, greeting the waiting paparazzi with a warm smile before heading inside. It was during this brief interaction that she gave a small but reassuring update about her husband, Dharmendra. As photographers called out to her, asking, “sir kaise hain (how is sir),” Hema responded with a gentle “okay” gesture — a simple sign that spoke volumes, assuring everyone that the 89-year-old actor is doing well and on the mend.
