The chaos began when the Speaker denied BJP’s request to hold a debate on the issue, prompting the party’s MLAs to protest inside the Assembly. As tempers flared, BJP members clashed verbally with National Conference legislators, forcing marshals to intervene and escort several protesting MLAs out of the chamber.
