Elli AvrRam opens up about fame in Bollywood

'When spotlight fades...': Elli AvrRam opens up about fame in Bollywood, talks about ego and self-awareness

Elli AvrRam discusses the challenges of fame in Bollywood, noting how sudden stardom can inflate egos and lead to difficulties when attention fades. She emphasizes the importance of self-reflection for personal growth. AvrRam also expresses gratitude for Salman Khan’s protective nature, which she believes shielded her from negative experiences in the industry.

Elli AvrRam recently opened up about the flip side of fame in Bollywood She also shared her thoughts on ego, self-awareness, and how stardom can affect a person’s mindset. In conversation with Instant Bollywood, Elli said, “Especially in the film industry, you will see a lot of people with a lot of big egos. Why? Let’s not judge them. It’s also because suddenly you have got so much fame, suddenly you have people who are willing to throw themselves on you, who are worshipping you, loving you and your ego is just like being boosted.”

On struggling when attention fades

She further explained that when the spotlight fades, many people find it hard to deal with. Elli said that once the attention stops, they start thinking, “oh my god,” and that’s when ego issues begin. She added that the fast-paced life of actors often leaves little time for self-reflection, so they rarely pause to ask themselves, “Who am I?””That it’s a very good quality if you could remove that time from your schedule and sit with yourself and that what might lead for you to become a more amazing person,” she concluded.

On her bond with Salman Khan

Earlier in an interview with Indian Express, Elli said, “I have been in touch with Salman. In fact, I recently met him after many years at Ganpati. I am actually very bad at being in touch. I live in my bubble, and I am focused on so many things I want to do. I work on myself a lot. There are so many things you need to control and take care of, living alone in a different country that functions very differently from the country you were born in and grew up in with your parents. Suddenly, you are here all independent and alone, and you have to figure out life. I have been very bad at asking for help, even from my dad. I like to do everything on my own, but it’s difficult.”

On Salman’s protective nature

Elaborating further, she added, “What I am extremely grateful for when it comes to Salman and the fondness he has had for me is that he is very protective of his people. I do believe he has been like an angel in my life. In all my years in the industry, from what I have understood, when it comes to a lot of other girls and what they have experienced in the industry, it’s been extremely shocking for me to hear.”“And I somehow understood that a lot of people are scared of Salman Khan, so they don’t dare to misbehave. That’s been a beautiful protection and I am very grateful for that,” she shared. Go to Source
