Lucky errand saves Navy officer's life

A last-minute errand became providential for 27-year-old Navy officer Tarun Kumar, who was supposed to be on the bus. Though he informed the bus driver that he would board from Shamshabad instead of his original pick-up point due to the delay, Kumar ended up missing the bus, reports Yashaswini Sri. “A few minutes’ difference, and I would have been there. I can’t stop thinking about the people who were on the bus.I don’t know if it was luck or fate, but it’s something I’ll carry with me forever,” Kumar, stationed in Bengaluru, said.
