Piyush Pandey passes away: Veteran ad executive dies at 70; known for iconic Indian campaigns

Veteran advertising executive Piyush Pandey passed away on Friday morning at the age of 70. He was regarded as one of the most influential figures in the advertising world and was celebrated for creating some of India’s most iconic campaigns. Pandey’s campaigns for brands such as Asian Paints (“Har Khushi Mein Rang Laaye”), Cadbury (“Kuch Khaas Hai”), Fevicol, and Hutch turned advertisements into widely recognized cultural references.
