Trump Would Rather End The War Than Send Tomahawks to Ukraine, Is Putin Off The Hook? | Decode | 4K

US President Donald Trump had repeatedly floated the idea of selling long-range missiles to Ukraine that would allow Kyiv to strike deep into Russia. This was a view he had floated which would increase the leverage Ukrainians would have to force Russia to the negotiating table. And this was in the run up to Ukrainian President Zelensky who had scheduled a meeting at the White House hoping to finalize the acquisition of American Tomahawk missiles. But Zelensky left that meeting with President Trump disappointed. He told reporters that President Trump had insisted on keeping the Tomahawk missiles for itself. The Ukrainian president would no longer talk about acquiring the Tomahawks, although both the countries would continue discussing the issue. n18oc_world n18oc_crux
